Bookings

Please contact me via WhatsApp, text or phone call and I will schedule in a visit asap, some early evening and weekend appointments are available. I cover Paddock Wood, Tunbridge Wells, Tonbridge and surrounding areas.

What will happen at the appointment?

I will ask you to complete a consent form that runs through some general health questions and any relevant history regarding your ears. Following this I will perform an ear health check, it is at this stage that I will be able to identify if you have a blockage of ear wax and will discuss the most suitable method of removal. The cost to remove ear wax is £60.

It's possible that you do not have any blockage of wax, or I may discover an infection or damage to your ear drum or canal. If this is the case I will suggest you visit your GP for further investigation and/or treatment.
In either scenario the cost is £25.

Earwax removal typically takes 15 to 30 minutes, but the entire appointment, including assessment and preparation, may last up to an hour for a first-time visit. The exact duration can vary depending on the amount of wax, its location, and the complexity of your ear canal.

Payments accepted: CASH, CARD, BANK TRANSFER

Ear Wax Removal Methods

I may use one or a combination of the following

Microsuction

Microsuction is a safe and effective method for ear wax removal. During the procedure, a small, gentle suction device is used to carefully remove excess wax from the ear canal. This technique allows for precise control, minimising discomfort and reducing the risk of damage to the ear.

Irrigation

Irrigation uses warm water to gently flush through the ear canal and dislodge any wax. This technique is used if microsuction is deemed unsuitable because the wax build up is close to the ear drum.

Manual extraction

In some circumstances I may use tiny forceps to assist the removal of wax that is close to the entrance of the ear.
